I have tried that. As soon as i enable the vlans everything breaks and I can't even get back in to the management I have to do a hard reset

Can anyone help me? I am still looking for help on this. Willing to negotiate what ever it takes to get this going

not sure what is going wrong. I don't want to give redundant advice, but have you tried to reset the device to factory defaults and start over again ? The procedure is in the admin guide on page 64.
