Cisco Smart Serial Cable Pinouts

I have been searching the Cisco WEB site in vain for the type of documetation for the 26-pin smart serial cables that I can find in

Document ID: 12222 and Document ID: 46802 for their 60-pin connector cables.  Do they exist?  If they do, where and how do I find them?
