This means the IOS file being loaded is corrupt.
I noticed a long list of "crashinfo" files and they look very recent. Has anyone attempted to get them checked out?

Reset reason for CPU board 0xffff , BaseBoard 0x280ffff, display 0x20000System Reset by Software.
I think this is the reason why the supervisor card keeps crashing.

Hi,
I have tested everything using the document in the link but still no progress:
http://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/support/docs/switches/catalyst-6000-series-switches/17050-14.html
Will you be able to share more of your expertise.. since the issue here is I need to get the switch up & running?

There are two issues here. One is the IOS could, potentially, be corrupt hence the error message.
The second issue is the switch crashing. So fix issue #1 first and then troubleshoot #2.
To fix issue console into the switch and reload the switch. Post the entire bootup process and don't leave anything out. I want to see where it's failing and how it's failing.

Hello
Could you please attach one of the crashinfo files. I can analyze it and let you know the reason for the crash. Since there are too many crashinfo's, it could also be a hardware issue but can be confirmed after analyzing the crashinfo.
Regards
