1721 router, IOS 12.2(15)T17.
When applying ip nbar, we see citrix traffic classified correctly. When we install the citrix.pdlm, all citrix traffic now gets classified as unknown, but will not show up under ip nbar unclassified. We want to be able to classify traffic based on the ica tag. Should the traffic still show up as citrix once the pdlm is applied?

I would use the later "built in" citrix traffic profile as apposed to the pdlm, which may be old now.
when you "match protocol citrix" for me that has always worked...
RT.RTS(config-cmap)#match protocol citrix ica-tag ?
WORD Enter a string as the sub-protocol parameter

Unfortunately, we have 500+ routers to roll this out to. Upgrading them all to 12.4(x) would obviously be a pain. It is the match protocol citrix ica-tag command that we want to use, and I understand this is still fully supported in the v8.0 pdlm.
