Communication between physical interfaces within a Bridge Group Interf

cybersteer

You have created the current bridge group interface and specified it in the bridge Group setting on port_3 and port_5.
You have also set up port forwarding so that the device on port_3 and the device on port_5 are accessible from the outside, and each device is available to the outside Internet.
However, the physical interfaces connected to the bridge Group Interface are not communicating with each other.
I have set both the source and destination to any for all the interfaces that I can see in the Access Rule, and I have configured the necessary services, but the physical interfaces are not communicating with each other.

Hello @cybersteer ,

the use of bridge group on FTD may be limited to model FP1010 if you have a FP1120 like you have tagged your OP you probably should configure your device in a different manner without using bridge groups.

I tried to use bridge group on FTD 1120 but then I had to revert to standard L3 interfaces I suggest you to do the same.

You may need a downstream L2 switch to make this change.

Hope to help

Giuseppe
