Communication problem on routers with Access Lists

I tried to use access lists on router. They can contact each other but when I use access lists on Router1. I created an named and extend access list which name was list1. It prevents FTP from 192.168.5.0 to 192.168.1.200. When I use that access list on Router1 I cannot ping computers. Any help?   ManageMyHealth Portal

Hello,

what is the context of your question ? Is that a Packet Tracer project ? If so, post the zipped Packet Tracer project (.pkt) file. Otherwise, post at a minimum the full running configurations (sh run) of all routers involved, and indicate how they are connected (either put descriptions on the interfaces, or provide a drawing of your topology).

you must end your acl with permit any any, because the ACL is by default end with deny any any.
that why ping failed

Hello
Not enough information, Can you elaborate on your existing network setup , post the running configuration of the rtr (inc access-list)  you have applied
