Configuring E&M trunk betwen two routers usgin LMR e-lead starts ON with no M signal

Hi, I've configured a connection using E&M cards on Cisco 2900 Routers using LMR. The configurarion works great, the only caveat that I have found is that every time you boot the router, the LMR trunk set the e-lead to ON eventhough theres no m-lead applyed. The only way to "reset" the e-lead (I mean to switch it to OFF) is forcing m-lead signal and then take it out... I must do that on both sites fisically so is not really an option. Once I do the reset by forcing M on the port everything works just as expected.

Why my e-lead starts seted as ON?? Is this a normal behavior??

I found the comand "bootup e-lead off" but it has no effect so far.

Any advice on how can I avoid the e-lead to go ON every time the router boots up??

Here is site A config,

!
voice-port 0/0/0
 voice-class permanent 1
 operation 4-wire
 type 5
 signal lmr
 bootup e-lead off
 lmr m-lead audio-gate-in
 lmr e-lead voice
 no echo-cancel enable
 timeouts call-disconnect 3
 timing hookflash-in 0
 connection trunk 1000

Here is site B config,

!
voice-port 0/2/0
 voice-class permanent 1
 operation 4-wire
 type 5
 signal lmr
 bootup e-lead off
 lmr m-lead audio-gate-in
 lmr e-lead voice

 timeouts call-disconnect 3
 timing hookflash-in 0
 connection trunk 2000

Here's the output of the "show voice lmr" command on both sites just after a reload.
