Configuring reflexive ACLs on IOS XE

I have been trying to move a configuration to a new ASR1002x. The old config uses reflexive ACLs but the ASR errors out on the configuration. The documentation I have seen indicates there should be no problem. Am I missing something.

I knew this is old post, however i was just came across same situation today on, one of the Customer Router upgrade.

There is a ENH for the same. Alternative approach is ZBF/CBAC
