Bonjour,
I know that the PDH technology is not very up-to-date. I just want to have elements of you about the justification mode that is generally used.
G.742 describes the positive justification for E2.
G.745 describes the positive/nul/negative justification for E2.
According to your knowledge, today, is it generally positive justification that is implemented in PDH, or positive/nul/negative justification?
Thanks for your opinion,
best regards,
Michelot

Bonsoir,
It seems that only positive justification is used for PDH.
I saw that with E3, because G.751 is configured by default on Cisco multiplexers.
Best regards,
Michelot

Bonjour,
As nobody has an idea for PDH, I think I have a solid reply.
The G.705 recommandation (from 2000) incompasses G.704, G.742, G.743, G.747, G.751 and G.752.
We can see that there are not G.753 for E3 (from 1988) neither G.745 for E2 (same date).
We deduce that the used justification is only positive and doesn't need to be negative because of the rates difference.
Best regards,
Michelot
