Connect two buildings and separate Datacenter Servers netwok

Hi, I need some help to set up a new network configuration on my company.

This is my current infrastructure:

Two buildings connected through a Mikrotik radio link at 100 MB, transparent link.

Building 1:

  • 3 Switches
  • 60 PC

Building 2:

Datacenter with this equipment:

  • 1 x Cisco SGE2000 24 Ports
  • 3 x Cisco SGE2000 48 Ports
  • 1 x Firewall Router Zyxel USG-50 (2 WAN + 4 LAN)
  • 60 PC

Now, we buy 3 Catalyst 2960-X (52 ports) and will buy another core switch (24 ports + 4 x 10Gb Ethernet Ports)

Actually, my network is only 192.168.2.x. The Mikrotik is connected at both sides to switches, and the link is transparent. Each antenna has one IP of my 192.168.2.x network. I've a DHCP running on a Windows Server 2012 R2 giving IP address to the 120 hosts on both buildings at my Building 2.

My question is. How can I divide my networks into this with my existing and incoming equipment:

  • Building 1: 192.168.0.x
  • Building 2: 192.168.2.x
  • Building 2: Servers (10.0.0.x)

I know that the Zyxel router make my LANs visibles between each other, but what can I do with my servers to be visible in my environment? I need to use VLANs?.

Sorry, but I'm not experienced with networking.

Thanks in advance

In my opinion, if you want to do this right then get a reputable systems integrator.  There are so many things and so many places to get this all wrong.
