Hi
I have two 2811 Router with one NM-CEM-4T1 Module at each. Now I want to connect those with a E1 line to transport voice and maybe data (if it is possible).
Is this possible? If yes, what settings i have to do and what characteristics i have to look for?
Thanks

Hello Otto,
these kinds of ports are specialized modules to carry one T1 over an IP backbone I would not connect them back to back they are thought to connect to TDM equipment.
Also they are probably more expensive then standard WAN modules.
if you want to carry a T1 over an IP backbone they are the right tool see the following link

Hope to help
