connection drops -- internet user->router ->firewall->ace>servers

we are seeing intermittent connection drops -- internet user->router ->ASA->ace->servers.

I'm not any pkt drops on router, ASA, ACE. is there anything you guys would recommend to troubleshoot & resolve this issue?
