Connection Problem

Please can anyone know how I can resolve this problem. Within my network I can telnet, ping the router Fasteth port Ip address, but from the outside network, I can not. I also can not receive the SIP INVITE MESSAGE my sip provider is sending to the SIP-SERVER IP address. Please I need your help.

Hi

Better if you can throw some lite like the devices involved in getting u connected to the outside world.

Like the kinda F/W(PIX or other model) , Router model and ASA if any .

The FW is Sygate on my server and PC and the router is Cisco 3640, now I can Telnet but can not receive the SIP INVITE or ping the sip server even within the network.
