Sh process cpu will show you the detail of process consumig high cpu and check out the below link for troubleshooting guid on high CPU on routers

Hi Golan,
This is not a HIGH CPU case.
The device is in HIGH CPU usage only when the '#' signs average upto a percentage.
eg:

CPU% per hour (last 72 hours)
* = maximum CPU% # = average CPU%
The above example shows that the CPU utilization for the device is at an average of 10 percent, the ' * ' means we had a occasional spikes due to a few process which consume cpu for a instance.
