Hello Vishwa,

if you have a CCO account with enough rights you can post it in the output intepreter that help you in finding the reasons.

Use a txt file and attach the text file using the browse button.

This RTF file is not good fot that I'm afraid.

Eventually, save a copy of show tech in a text file and if less then 2 MB you can submit it to the tool

Hope to help

Giuseppe

Hi

I have tried that and i got next page after sumbit

Internal Server Error

This error indicates that the application is under maintenance. Please check back later.

Although i find that in crash info its says that this is bus error and might be software problem.

Looking through the crashinfo file these lines are the most significant:

These almost certainly show that there is a problem in your version of software. If this router is covered under a maintenance plan I would suggest that you open a case with Cisco TAC.
