Hi,
as long as I "Enable" the "debug ip ddns update":....i see the messages in my syslog server.....
I want to be able to see them ALL the time...instead of putting in "debug ip ddns update"
so if i have to reboot the router or something.....and not having to type it in each time...

Hello,
'logging console' displays the debugs on your console. That sounds too easy and is probably not what you are asking ?

ya....thanks....i was just hoping there was a way to have it in my config file all the time....
that "debug ip ddns update" command does not use any at all cpu power I just want to verify that the ddns update is working when i check my syslogs every time.

Hello,
conf t
logging console
That stays in your configuration even after a reboot. Everything you debug is logged to your console and visible for you.
