Device failover over WAN

Hi,

We are planning our primary (in house) and secondary ( in cloud ) datacenters. Please if some one can help me on below,

1- How do we failover between two datacenters over MPLS WAN, for example  if WLC or ISE  devices fail in primary DC , we would like it will failover automaticaly to virtual vWLC or vISE in cloud datacnetre?

The link between two DC are MPLS Layer3 not layer 2.

As Flavio mentioned, you could use IP SLA, also used it in combination with EEM, now If Im not wrong the Access Points could be configured through the WLC in order to have one or several WLC's backups.
