I am trying to ping the pcs in different LAP but in the same network. however, the PCs are not able to ping each other as they are not getting IP from the DHCP pool. The error is "DHCP failed. APIPA is being used". Can someone please help me spot the issue? Thanks

Here are issues I found so far.
missing trunks - how many do u have and how many u should?
once u fix that, 2 out of 3 PCs get IPs via dhcp. 1 is still missing
missing config on router doing dhcp - how many dhcp pools do u have and compare them to x . you missing one
once you add missing config for 192.168.0.1, 3rd PC should get IP from dhcp.
