Suggest you to go through the below links as because of Microsoft Windows Java caching issues, Cisco Configuration Professional is sometimes unable to complete discovery of a device. To fix this issue, complete the following steps:

Choose Application > Exit to shut down Cisco Configuration Professional.

Close all existing Internet Explorer windows.

Step 3 Go to Start > Control Panel > Java . The General tab is displayed.

In the Temporary Internet Files box, click Delete Files .

In the displayed dialog, leave all file types checked, and click OK .

Click OK in the Java control panel to close it.

Restart Cisco Configuration Professional.

I did what you´ve told me and still not being able to discover it,

Hello,

Do you know how to make your router be pingable by your PC (PC and routers connectivity) ?

Hi,

You must first install a loopback adapter on your pc and ensure that you give it and ip address within the same subnet as your router on gns.

Then configure your your a cloud within gns that your router will be connected to, and from that cloud, link your loopback adapter. Establish connectivity between your router in gns and your pc, and then take it further with CCP.
