Hi,
1.Is this a DSL link, as it is supporting asymmetric speed ??
2.I will recommed you Ciso 1700 or 1800 series routers with HWIC on it to support 3 mb
HTH...rate if helpful..

Cisco routers that support QoS can effectively divide outbound bandwidth, but doing the same for inbound bandwidth isn't usually practical. The best for the latter is usage of a bandwidth management product. Don't believe Cisco has any, but there are a couple other vendors that do.
