Hi,

I have the following configuration but I can't ping to tunnel from one spoke router to hub router and vice versa. I have the static ip on HUB fa0/1 interface and dhcp ip on spoke router. Does dhcp plays any role in disfunction of this one.

HUB:

interface Tunnel12

ip address 172.28.18.1 255.255.255.0

no ip redirects

ip mtu 1436

ip nhrp map multicast dynamic

ip nhrp network-id 11386

tunnel source fa0/1

tunnel mode gre multipoint

tunnel key 111386

SPOKE: (dhcp private ip)

interface Tunnel12

ip address 172.28.18.19 255.255.255.0

no ip redirects

ip mtu 1436

ip nhrp map multicast  x.x.x.x

ip nhrp map 172.28.18.1  x.x.x.x

ip nhrp network-id 11386

ip nhrp nhs 172.28.18.1

tunnel source FastEthernet0/0

tunnel mode gre multipoint

tunnel key 111386

Regards,

Mero
