Hi all!
Was wondering and we are debating on the best solution for DNS server for small business setups.
We have different network setups, some with Cisco routers/Switches Catalyst and others/Wlan controllers-ME.
Was wondering in your experience and Cisco wise, if there is generally an ideal setup for DNS. Better have an internal one, or external/forwarding one? Are most of the Cisco devices capable being DNS server and is it effective/reliable also from a machine resource/performance level?
What would be the ideal setup or at least the pros and cons of each one?
Thanks for any hints!

Cisco does not have a DNS appliance.
It is better to get a dedicated appliance to do DNS. Alternatively, get one of those "micro" PC to do DNS.
