Does ESS-9300 support HSRP?

Currently we are setting up a closed network and have introduced the CSR-1000V. In order to ensure we have access to multiple VLANs we have gone with a HSRP setup. With this setup we have two switches running ESS-3300-NCP and they are working using HSRP just fine. However, our other switch is using ESS-9300 and I can't seem to configure HSRP on this device. Is there anyway to configure HSRP on an ESS-9300 platform?
