I have a WS-X45-SUP6-E installed in a 4506-E. I would like to install one WS-X4548-GB-RJ45, one WS-X4448-GB-RJ45, and one WS-X4606-X2-E. Does it matter which slots I install them in? I am particularly concerned that I may want to spread the load across the backplane by choosing certain slots. If it does not matter which slots I choose, I plan to install the 10Gig card in slot2 underneath the SUP, and the 48-port Gig cards in slots 5 and 6. Thanks.

No it doesn't matter because the supervisor delivers a fixed amount per slot so you cannot really spread the load as such.
The 6-E supervisor can deliver 24Gbps per slot or 6Gbps per slot depending on the linecards you use.
Edit - to be more specific, it doesn't matter with the 4506-E. With the 4510R-E you can only use slots 8 - 10 with classic linecards.
