What SUP Engine does your CAT 4000 switch have?

To use the NetFlow feature on a 4000 and 4500 series switches, you need to have either a Supervisor Engine IV or a Supervisor Engine V and along with this, a NetFlow Services Daughter Card (WS-F4531) should be installed additionally.

If you have Supervisor Engine V-10GE, (which I think is not available for the Cat 4000), the functionality is embedded in the supervisor engine and you only need to configure NetFlow.
