dowload IOS into Cisco 891 without ROMMON

Hello,
I have formatted the flash and rebooted the router C891F . The PASSWORD RECOVERY FUNCTIONALITY IS DISABLED, so that I cannot press the reset button.
I have copied the valid on the usb and conneted it to the router but it was not working. i receive the same outout:

Hi,
try to erase config by sending multiple break signal on boot. See below page:
http://packetlife.net/blog/2010/oct/11/recovering-no-service-password-recovery-service/
After it, I thing that next-reload will cause going to ROMMON, because startupconfig is empty and password recovery is enabled by default. At the final step recover IOS via USB (if available) or TFTP in ROMMON.

connect console cable into the console port
set speed 300
reboot the router
wait 2 min
change speed to 9600
press "enter"

inset it in a working 891, format, copy working image to usbflash.
Insert usbflash into Cisco 891 and try to boot it...

it was not working. The router only running in the same loop: Starting again without any break.
