DUAL HUB DMVPN

Here is my topology. I would like to add redundancy to DMVPN Hub. So, planning to set up a secondary DMVPN hub at Data center 1. I would prefer having a simple set up. We are running DMVPN Phase 2.

Few questions:

• Should I go with Dual Hub - Single DMVPN Layout or Dual DMVPN Lay out?
  
• Can someone refer me to a design guide for this?
  
• All the spoke should prefer primary as dmvpn hub at data center 2 and secondary as data center 1

Hello Vinayaka,

if you want all spokes to use the same hub router as primary, I think it is easier to achieve this with two different DMVPN clouds so that you can play on IGP metric at muitipoint GRE tunnel level at spokes and on the hub routers.

I need same HUB router as primary and I am running eigrp..

Here is a thought that needs clarification:

If I apt single cloud Dual HUB DMPVPN, can I use an offset list on the tunnel interface of the secondary DMVPN HUB router to make all the routes advertised through this hub mgre interface to be worse for the spokes?

All Spokes should have

Primary route via DC2 HUB

and back up route (in topology table) via DC1 HUB

Do you see an issue with this?
