E3 card

Hello,

How can I verify the E3 card is working on the router? The reason I asked is our service provider approved the circuit without any issue when they did the loopback test and their configurations are matched with ours. The cables from the DMARC to the router are verified as well. The only one thing I can think about it is the E3 card. Please advise.

Hello Joe,

I guess you can do a loop test facing towards the E3 card from the neighbor node mux or whatever component that is capable to loop your circuit towards the E3 card side, once that is provided check for errors/line code/path code violations etc., to confirm the card fault.
