EBGP establish problem

Dear ALL:

I have a EBGP problem about MPLS CE router.

My tracking system report CE router BGP is reestablished in one minute. When I check CE router logging, I can't find anything about BGP establish information. For example: Neighbor UP/DOWN.

When I use "show ip bgp neighbor X.X.X.X", I can see "last reset YY:YY:YY due to interface flap". When I check logging again, I can't find interface UP/DOWN information. "Last reset time" = "show ip bgp summary UP/DOWN time". I have no idea about this.

I don't know why? In other time, BGP neighbor or interface UP/DOWN had information in logging, but in this time not.

When I shutdown interface and clear ip bgp *, I can see log on the router wiht "show log" command.

Do you have any idea of this?

Hi,

I might get your quesry wrong, but I believe this is to do with logging buffered level enabled on the router. Try logging bufferred debugging. you should be able to see the messages.

But in other time, we can see all logging information on the router about Interface Down/UP,or routing protocol Down/Up. When we debug BGP hello messages, we can't find anything about BGP neighbor UP/DOWN information, everything about debug information show the BGP status is good.
