EIGRP is the hybrid routing protocol right so we can classify it in both the class distance vector and link state is that right?

According to the link below EIGRP is a disctance vector protocol with link state capabilities and features.

Another thing to bear in mind is EIGRP is Cisco Proprietary and if you are looking to run a distance vector protocol in a multi-vendor environment RIP will be your protocol of choice.
