Error can't write to modem LTE profile creation

I get the following error when creating or modifying an LTE profile on my cisco router.

MidLand#cellular 0/1/0 lte profile create 3 h2g2 none
Access Point Name (APN) = WF.GW5.VZWENTP
Username =
Password =
Authentication = NONE

Profile 3 already exists with above parameters. Do you want to overwrite? [confirm]

Profile 3 will be overwritten with the following values:
APN = h2g2
Username =
Password =
Authentication = NONE

Are you sure? [confirm]
Profile 3 NOT written to modem

--> cellular 0/1/0 lte profile delete 1

we are getting same error, is there any resolutions?
