What are recent changes? Could you verify if there was any external routing change?

This error message is to detect the case where packets are received on the SUP for a port that is offloaded to a flexwan. Generally
this happens if the ip routing is setup such that incoming packets are routed to a flexwan that is not hosting an association. This can be
fixed by changing the ip routing to not use a flexwan that is not configured for sigtran.

So check what changes have happened recently in the routing and change it.

The problem is mostly that the packets received from Fa10/1/1 should be directed to FW1/1 through LC-LC path, however the packets are punted to
SUP because FW2/1 thought that there were no instance offloaded to this card.

Regards,

Rahul
