Error in generating keys:no available resources

i am trying to create ssh keys so we can remotely ssh to the router. however i am getting the error:

% The key modulus size is 1024 bits

% Generating 1024 bit RSA keys, keys will be non-exportable...

% Error in generating keys:no available resources

i read something about usb but i do not want to have any usb on the router. i just need the key so can ssh.

Can you try a lower bit?

crypto key generate rsa general mod 512

See if that helps. I know it's not as strong, but it might work for you.

i forgot to mention the equipment i am using, i have an ASR1002 with adventservices.

i have created a tac request and the tech said there is a bug in the ios i am running. the new release which was just released today resolved the issue.
