ERROR: WIC is unrecognised by SDM

guys, M having problem with my SDM v2.3.1.

when i tried to monitor SERIAL interfaces (WIC's) in my SDM interfacse status, than it shows the error: i.e WIC slot 0 is not unrecognised by SDM.

If nay one have any idea about the same error dan buzz me up.

I can send you the screen shot of that error.

Hi,

There are many interfaces type that are not recognized by SDM.

Suggestion: leave SDM alone and use another pavckage like PRTG to monitor the router.
