The following factors can result in triggering the Operationa lException:
Backup Activated

Please make sure that your router interfaces does not have any of the above issues.
Clear and False means that the event has been cleared or is no longer occurring.
Try the following:
-- Do a right-click on the alarm then choose 'acknowledge' Wait for a while and the alarm
would be 'acknowledged' and would stop showing up in the monitoring console. Aftwards,
try re-opening the window.
In addition, we need to see what threshold is set on DFM for this. It is possible that
the threshold is set very low (or high as the case may be). Although things seem normal,
the threshold settings in DFM could cause them to show some DFM alarms. Please check the
thresholds in DFM as follows:
- Go to DFM-->Administration console.
- Click on Edit and then click on "Polling and thresholds".
- A polling and threshold window will open. Select the Threshold tab located at the bottom
left of that window. Expand DFM on the left pane and select router and then the
appropriate group. (ex Interface groups) and click on the entries under that group one by
one and check the threhold values set for varous events on the right hand side.
Make sure the thresholds are appropriately set for your router depending on your network
conditions.
