Estimate bandwidth usage for 10 users site

Hi folks,

Imagine I will deploy an Ethernet circuit for a 10 typical office user site.

Imagine that is a centralized environment.

Compressed VoIP calls (~34K/per user).

Have you seen any estimate on what is the bandwidth you would estimate for each user?

I would say 100K/user should be a good one, agree?

Do you have any idea of what they will be doing ?

you have stated that they will use phones.

will they surf ?

will they recieve or send large e-mail ?

transfer of files ?

VPN ?

will they be doig this over a specific time period ?

what is normal for them ?

all of this is very important to know/guess before ordering a link.
