Hello everyone,
can anyone tell me is Cisco has any products that can terminate Ethernet over Copper connections? If not then can you point me to a good product that can?
Thanks in advance!

Perhaps there is something in your question that I do not understand correctly, but it seems to me that the answer to your question is that almost every Cisco Catalyst switch has cards that will do Ethernet over copper.

I guess I should have been more specific. I meant something like what Hatters Networks or Oveture Network has where you have a WAN device that can terminate several twisted coper pairs onto a device and convert it into Ethernet

Is this a carrier based service you are bringing in? If so, the carrier should provide the terminating hardware, and present you with an ethernet interface.

No. This is for a small CLEC who is a customer of ours. They want to start offereing this service and are looking at Hatters network for the terminating devices so that THEY can give the Ethernet handoff. I just wanted to see if Cisco had a device that can do what teh Hatteras does.

Thanks for the reply. I didn't think so but wanted to check. Thanks for the ANDA reference as well.
