I am wondering if it is possible to bundle links that are configured for fabric path. If yes, could you please provide a link to documentation as I have not found any yet.

It is possible to bundle FabricPath links together, and in fact it's one of the best practices documented in the Cisco FabricPath Best Practices white paper
This is shown in the section Use PortChannels Between Leaves and Spines on page 6, with further details provided from page 13.
