facing problem to take backup of router running configurtaion

Hi,

 I am facing problem to take backup of router running configuration through TFTP server.

TFTP server is running on Window 8 platform.

During copy runningconfig to flash display the error message    

"

TFTP: error code 2 received - 16739

%Error opening tftp://192.168.10.190/gg (Permission denied)

is  the firewall on the Windows 8 platform allowing  tftp?

Yes, firewall is off.

Not TFTP is working .

I just changed TFTP 64 to TFTP 32 .

Now its working ..
