dear sirs
we have Network Node Manager (NNM) application at head office .
there was a remote site with cisco router 25xx was added to NNM map, but suddenly the serial interfaces were removed from NNM map graph .
the ethernet interface of remote router is up--down
and we can not change this state (we agree to this status ,not fault in e0)
any way we need to NNM redraw remote router in NNM map .the current status for NNM map (e0 exist with red colour and s0 ,s1 removed ).
but it fail as this application ping first e0 and give me time out and fail snmp get .
so what the solution to NNM app rediscover remote router without change e0 status
