FAN-MOD-6SHS fan tray 1 failed

Hello,

we have bought older chassis 7606-S. There seemed to be problem with FAN-MOD-6SHS as show env cool show:

fan-tray 1:
fan-tray 1 type: FAN-MOD-6SHS
fan-tray 1 mode: Auto
fan-tray 1 fan-fail: failed

We have requested replacement, but with the new fan tray it is still the same. I have tried to pull out fan tray during 

operation, and it seems that all fans are rotating. Unfortunately I do not have any other chassis to try. 

Any ideas?

If the fan is working and your sure , you could try upgrade the ios it could be a bug in the version , my 3850 has similar issue in ios-xe , says 1 power supply is no good but its working fine
