Hi everyone im Cassio Cruz and i've this router 2811 when boot after a fews minutes this message show up and the system crash 

 

I need help i;ve no idea to do pls...

Remove the CF card and reboot the router (let it go into ROMMON).  If the same errors appear then it confirms the DRAM is dead.

in addition to Leo's remarks, I think your router is old, very old (end of sale date 2011) ? So a hardware failure is indeed likely. Since you have no warranty anymore anyways, open the chassis and try to reseat the DRAM. It looks somewhat like the picture...
