Hi all,

I have total five routers

HQ, SB, SC

FR

PSTN

HQ Router is physicall connected to FR through Serial Cables (Note: HQ is connected to SB & SC through FR, there is no ip address configured on serial interfaces of FR Router).

FR Router is connected to PSTN Router through fa0/0 interface having IP's 142.250.1.1 - 142.250.1.2.

ospf is configured on all routers with default network

router ospf 1

network 0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 area 0

From HQ Router i can ping SB, SC Interfaces but from HQ Router i cant ping fa0/0 interface of FR.

when i check the routes on FR through sh ip route ospf i didnt find any routes learned from HQ & when i do the same on HQ, no routes are advertised from FR to HQ

I can see the network information of FR Router into HQ in sh ip ospf interface command & there netwok type is broadcast, which is same in FR & PSTN router .. i dont know why HQ & FR are not advertising route to each other ..

Can any body help here urgent please

Please find the below result from HQ for FR

On the HQ router

Internet Address 142.250.1.2/24, Area 0

on the FR router

Internet Address 142.250.1.2/24, Area 0

You assigned the same IP to two different interfaces

change one of them to

Internet Address 142.250.1.3/24, Area 0
