Frame Relay to L3 service migration

Hi

We're looking at migrating off of frame relay to ATT's IP Frame service. I'm just starting to think about what this will mean for our core router configuration. Currently, there are subinterfaces and dlci's for each branch. I assume these will go away and I'll have just one interface after the migration.

That being the case, to implement shaping and QOS I'm thinking there will need to be a class map for each branch to shape to the downstream CIR and classify according to the sla for that branch.

Are there any documents/examples of this scenario (which must be fairly common). I'm looking for MQC limitations (max number of classes in a policy) router sizing information etc...

Any links or suggestions would be appreciated.
