Is there a way to configure an FXO card to work like an FXS. I want to configure one of the FXO ports to handle a fax. Incoming and outgoing calls from the port. Is this possible, and how do I do this?

According to Cisco:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/hw/routers/ps274/products_tech_note09186a00800b53c7.shtml
Note: The FXO Voice Interface Card (VIC) is not the same as a Foreign Exchange Station (FXS) card and therefore does not provide dial tone. Do not plug a telephone set to the FXO VIC.
I think you need to clarify a bit.
You can use a FXO card for a POTS/PSTN fax line. Meaning you can plug in your fax line from the telco into the FXO.
You cannot plug in your Fax Machine to the FXO port. You would either need an ATA or an FXS port.

Do you have a PBX with a digital card and analog ports? Can the PBX map a DID to an analog port? If so..take it as a DID via a CAS or ISDN PRI and then map it to an analog port. I know that is not what you asked...but it is a possible solution.
