GE T SFP CISCO vs CISCO-METHODE

hi,

i've received a mix of plastic (bright yellow) and metal (gold) GE T SFPs and used them on ASR1001-x.

the 'CISCO' SFP on ASR-2 works perfect but i got the link between ASR-1 and N3K switch UP using 'CISCO-METHODE' after hardcoding negotation, speed, and duplex settings BUT getting a very small increment CRC errors on the N3K side.

there's no CRC errors on the ASR1side

i'm unable to remove the SFP since it's in a production and only able to issue 'sh hw-module transceiver' commands. cable and SFP were already swapped and suspect i got a bad batch of SFP or third party ones.

can someone advise if there's compatibility issue on GE T SFP between ASR and N3K?

is CISCO-METHODE a non-genuine SFP?

how can i tell without removing from the chassis? any other show commads i can use?
