Getting packet drop between CE WAN IP to CE WAN IP only

hi team,

 

i am getting packet drop while ping both end CE WAN Ip to E WAN IP, and both way.

note:- if ping happen hop by hop ping test there are no drop.

logs:-

traceroute 64.94.24.105

VRF info: (vrf in name/id, vrf out name/id)

  1 X.X.15.174 1 msec 1 msec 1 msec (HUB WAN IP (X.X.8.53  here i am getting drop)

  2 X.X.8.54 [AS XX ] 1 msec 1 msec 1 msec

  3 X.X.9.6 [AS XX] [12 msec 10 msec 16 msec

  4  *

    X.X.9.5 [AS XX] 10 msec 8 msec (Branch end WAN IP here i am getting packer drop)

  5  *  *  *

  6  *

 

between X.X.9.6 to x.x.9.5 there  is no drop. as same between X.X.8.53 to X.X.8.54 no drop.

 

i am getting drop when i am ping between CE WAN IP to another end WAN IP

 

x.x.9.5 to X.X.8.53 only here drop

 

one end GigabitEthernet0/0/0 with full/1000  another end TenGigabitEthernet0/0/0 with full/10000

 

also there is no error both end interface and there is no drop in QOS.

 

kindly what is next how to resolve this issues.
