Hi Experts,
We are going to change our ISP.. so all of our current 6 public IP is going to change..
we have an ASA5510,and two seperate domains in it. what we are planing is as follows..
edit the current running-config with the new public IP...
Load this config in to TFTP server folder
Load this updated config file using TFTP server int to the ASA as Starup-config
Reload the ASA.
will this work??? we hope so..............
is there any other way to do this???? PLease Help ASAP.......

Yes I think it will work
What i do normally in such cases is editting the config as given below .
Jut put no for the old IP's and add your new IP's .Also for ACL you can copy all ACL in a notepad and you can edit with new IP's and then define this ACL with a new name on ASA and after that just assign that ACL on the interface .
no static (inside,outside) 77.77.77.33 192.168.1.3 netmask 255.255.255.255
static (inside,outside) 8.9.8.8 192.168.1.3 netmask 255.255.255.255
