Gre Tunnel threshold violated

I am getting this error from one of my cisco router:

Interface 'Tunnel157-#INCLD-Rajshahi-To-Gulshan-14th-floor#' util threshold violated.Current IN traffic is 11.721 Kbps(11.72%) and OUT traffic is 94.576 Kbps(94.58%), whereas configured threshold is 90% .

How to resolve this issue?

First, you should determine the nature of the trafic causing the outbound utilization to exceed the configured threshold. Identify if it's legitimate traffic or if there might be an issue such as a misconfiguration, a network loop, or a sudden increase in traffic.

what do you have configured ? An L2TP tunnel ? A DMVPN ? Post the running config of the devices at each end of the tunnel...
