Hi,
In my scenario,
1. I am using RIP for tunnel interface and loopback , is it work?
2. Can I create many tunnel ?
3. Is there any route poisoning issue for RIP?
4. My configuration is correct or not?
Thanks

Given what is shown in the drawing:
1) yes RIP should work to advertise the tunnel interface and the loopback interfaces (note that the hub router seems to have a loopback interface that is not included in RIP).
2) yes you can configure multiple tunnels on a single router.
3) I am not sure what you are asking about route poisoning for RIP. RIP running over the tunnel would do the route poisoning that it usually would do.
4) the parts of the config that you have posted seem ok. there are some things that you have not shown us, such as how the routers know how to reach the tunnel destination address. We can not know whether these parts are correct.
